Before

Guangzhou Hotel Massage is an outcall massage service where our therapists travel to your hotel room to provide massage treatments.

We have a diverse selection of massages you can choose from, such as Canton Massage, Happy massage, Tantric massage, Relaxtion package, 4 Hands massage, among others. Moreover, our therapists are skilled enough to tailor the massage in line with your personal taste and requirements.

We understand your request, but for privacy and security reasons, we cannot share photos of our therapists. If you have specific preferences like gender or height, please tell us, and we’ll do our best to match you.

However, you can schedule a face-to-face meeting. If you are not happy after meeting the therapist in person, you only have to pay for the taxi fare.

It’s important to understand that bookings can come in at any time, and our therapists have full schedules. They can’t pause their work to wait while someone makes a decision. Their time is directly tied to their income, and we respect that. To serve all clients fairly, we must share time and resources wisely — not spend them waiting for one person to choose.

If seeing photos is important to you (not as good as meeting the real person), we suggest visiting other local stores. We don’t provide photos online.

Booking

You can visit our booking platform (recommend), and from there, select the type of massage you want, the date, and the time that suits you. Alternatively, you can contact us by phone and we will assist you in scheduling an appointment.

Certainly, when booking a massage at your hotel, you’ll need to provide:

  1. Your hotel telephone (or hotel name with address).
  2. Your room number.
  3. Your full name when checking in at the hotel.
  4. Your contact details (mobile phone number, email) for confirmation or changes.
  5. Your chosen massage type.
  6. The date and time you’d like the massage.
  7. Any particular requests or preferences you may have for the session.

This information will help us coordinate your massage smoothly and effectively.

Yes, our therapists can come to your hotel at midnight. Please provide your full name and room number when booking.

Please note, that in some hotels, you may need to inform the hotel and pick up the therapist from the reception.

Visit

After receiving the necessary booking details, we typically aim to reach your hotel room in around 30 minutes. But, during heavy traffic or busier periods, this can extend up to 45 minutes or more.

For locations farther from the city center, such as airports, the travel time might be around an hour or even longer.

Yes, you have the option to request the therapist to leave before the service begins if you feel uncomfortable for any reason. However, it’s important to note that there will be a round-trip taxi charge (CNY 100 in the city center, more in other areas). Please see the payment section below.

But consider that this could lead to a waste of your time and funds. Therefore, it’s ideal to be certain about your need for the service before arranging the appointment.

Many hotels need you to tell the front desk in advance about night visitors. Some may also ask you to pick up your visitor from the front desk.

If this happens, be sure to tell the hotel first. You can simply say a friend will come to your room.

Also, remember to give your full name and room number when booking.

Payment

Our hotel massage prices start at 799 RMB and go up to 2599 RMB per session. You can see the full price list in the Price List section.

If you want more time after your first session, we charge in half-session steps.

Please note: Taxi fares are not included in the prices shown. These fares depend on the distance to your hotel and cannot be set in advance. A round-trip taxi fare will be added based on the travel distance.

For hotels in the city center:
About CNY 100

For areas farther from the city center:

  • Panyu District: about CNY 200
  • Huangpu District: about CNY 250
  • Huadu District (airport area): about CNY 300
  • Zengcheng District: about CNY 500 (Prepayment required)
  • Nansha District: about CNY 600 (Prepayment required)

For cities outside Guangzhou (not part of Guangzhou):

  • Foshan City: about CNY 300+ (Prepayment required)
  • Dongguan City: about CNY 500+ (Prepayment required)
  • Jiangmen City: about CNY 600+ (Prepayment required)
  • Zhongshan City: about CNY 700+ (Prepayment required)
  • Zhuhai City: about CNY 800+ (Prepayment required)

Important: If your hotel is far from the city center or in another city, you may need to prepay the taxi fare. Extra tips are also needed because many therapists don’t want to spend 2–5 hours traveling, which limits their available working time and income.

We don’t recommend booking if the taxi fare is over CNY 500, unless you think it’s necessary.
If possible, it’s better to move to a hotel in the city center. This could save you money and make things easier for both you and the therapist.

We accept cash in:

  • CNY (Chinese Yuan, RMB)
  • Foreign currencies: USD (U.S. Dollar), EUR (Euro), GBP (British Pound), CAD (Canadian Dollar), AUD (Australian Dollar), SGD (Singapore Dollar), and HKD (Hong Kong Dollar), etc.

2. Mobile Payments:
We accept:

  • Alipay
  • WeChat Pay
  • Credit cards linked to Alipay or WeChat Pay

Note: We do not directly accept international credit cards.

You can pay the therapist directly before the session begins.

Since most payments are made in person, there’s no risk of online fraud.

For areas that require prepayment (such as prepaid taxis), we confirm all details in advance to ensure everything is safe and reliable.

Privacy

Of course, we take your privacy and confidentiality very seriously.

It doesn’t matter who you are – we’re not interested. Our only concern is that the massage session goes smoothly. We are not interested in any information that is not relevant to our business. We hope this is clear.

When the service is completed, All information related to the bookings will generally be deleted. Therefore, even if you book again in the short term, we will still require you to provide detailed information. We take these steps to ensure your privacy and the confidentiality of your details.
